Built on Central Alberta Values
Rave Design Showroom was founded by Shannon Moench, with the support of his wife Teresa and partners Dean and Troy. What began with hands-on installation expertise has grown into a full-service showroom built on hard work, integrity, and connection.
Central Alberta Tile One has been part of the community for 25 years. The journey began in 1999 with the opening of Central Alberta Tile One, followed by Stoneworx Masonry & Stucco in 2009, and then Central Alberta Lighting and Rave Interior Designs in 2013, evolving into the Rave Design Showroom you know today.

Shannon Moench
Owner/Operator
In the flooring industry since 1985, Shannon founded Central Alberta Tile One in 1999. He built the business on service, strong teamwork, and a drive to stay ahead — values that continue to shape Rave today.
Troy Larsen
Owner/Operator
With 43 years in flooring, Troy has led teams and managed projects across hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, and carpet — always focused on craftsmanship, durability, and solutions tailored to each client.
Dean Gillespie
Owner/Operator
In the tile industry for over 46 years, Dean built his reputation on craftsmanship, detail, and product knowledge — delivering lasting results on projects from residential remodels to large-scale commercial builds.
